The client organization signs an exclusive agreement with SRA which requires an initiating fee which is non-refundable. The balance of the fee is paid at pre-agreed progress points and any balance is due upon the acceptance of an offer by our candidate. We guarantee results in writing! SRA also can assist employers in filling positions in the broad part of their organizations. And as technology has crept into virtually all jobs it has made them increasingly difficult to fill. SRA staff members are proficient in understanding complex products, processes and computer applications essential to recruiting productive mid-level professionals. Contingent searches are conducted by SRA for engineers, scientists, computer specialists, manufacturing experts and professionals of all types. A jointly signed search agreement describes the responsibilities of client company personnel as well as SRA's obligations and fee. Since no front money is required, either party may provide notice and withdraw from the agreement. However if one or more individuals referred by SRA are hired, a fee would be due for each placement. |
