Given our long history in recruiting, there are very few challenges posed to us that are really new. We successfully complete even the most difficult recruiting projects because we quickly arrive at a clear understanding of the clients business mission and their position requirements. Some of our programs have involved setting up a series of recruiting trips across the country or internationally, others have required building custom recruiting databases, and others have been very large scale staff buildups. A recent recruiting program involved building a team of engineers to develop a product which needed a surprise market introduction. All recruiting was done for twenty-five positions on a confidential basis where all applicants were sworn to secrecy before being given details about the project.
